Urgent Needs 2025

As 2025 comes to a close, we are so grateful for the opportunity to continue to lend a helping hand across the world to children and families who are caught in the grips of poverty. Little Children of the World is a beacon of hope for those who have none because people like you care enough to reach out and help. Every day, thousands of lives are changed through access to education and programs addressing Urgent Needs because people like you care and give The Greatest Gift.

Economic volatility and uncertainty have affected everything around us. We need your prayers and financial partnership to successfully continue our mission to help those in need. Currently, LCW needs $230,000 to complete 2025 with all budgets met. We can only do it if we work together. We cannot finish this year without you! A year-end donation to URGENT NEEDS is more than a financial investment; it is a helping hand of hope reaching out to those who need it most. Our holistic model ensures that as people receive the gifts of shelter, food, and care, they also receive The Greatest Gift of all: the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Your generosity blesses us to continue sharing this gift, and we couldn’t do it without your support.

See how you can make an impact with URGENT NEEDS:
-$30 per child per week or $1600 per child per year provides 24/7 care, food, housing, and education for children in 5 shelters from the streets or abusive homes
-$130 per year feeds a child in a soup kitchen one meal each weekday for one year
-$13 per week provides free medicine kits to people in need of care and $85 per week provides nutrition and vitamin support to malnourished children
-$850 per week provides Bible studies in 15 communities and weekly worship including transportation costs for over 2000 people
-$90 per week or $390 per month provides education for out-of-school youth to be picked up from the streets and to reenter public schooling
-$500 per week allows us to offer speech, physical, and occupational therapies and medical support to 205 children with disabilities
