Greetings from the Philippines! As you receive this newsletter, Brittany and I will be travelling to the Philippines with volunteers Tommy and Sheila Amy. I can’t wait to visit our communities, meet with our amazing staff, and spend time with my sponsored children! Of course, a trip to LCP is not complete without activities with our shelter residents. Thanks to you, LCP provides a loving home for these children who have suffered from extreme poverty, abuse or neglect. Look inside to see how your gifts to our residential shelters will be doubled this month.

Congratulations to Carmenia Benosa and all of our LCP staff as the runner-up NGO of the Year for the Philippines! This national award recognizes the hard work and dedication of our staff to make a difference in the world, but it also acknowledges that our founders’ visionary HELPS model works! Please pray for our staff, members, and volunteers as they change lives by sharing the love of Jesus in the Philippines, and pray for us as we follow God’s leading to share His love in other parts of the world.
