Spring 2025: Message from the President

When I reflect on the first quarter of this year, I am overwhelmed with gratitude for each of your contributions. We have had a tremendous start to the year including exceeding our $25,000 goal for matching funds. While I know there are many noble causes seeking funding, I am grateful you continually choose to invest in the mission of Little Children of the World. Your helping hands make our work possible.

Our mission is community-based, holistic in nature, and Christ-centered in focus. Alleviating poverty is a complex issue to tackle, but I believe it is our mandate and only possible if we minister to the whole person within their context. When you are a sponsor or a donor for LCW, you can be confident that every penny is used to its maximum potential to change lives.

As of today, we have 958 sponsored children, and we are barreling toward our goal of 1000 sponsored children by the end of the year. Please join us in celebrating the 57 students who are completing their high school education this month. This is a huge milestone! We are grateful to each of you who have invested in their lives and been a part of their development and education!

Thousands of children and families depend on our support that is only made possible by people like you. I hope that you will delve into this issue of the Jericho Street Echoes and be encouraged and moved by the work being done through your investment in our ministry.
