Our team is passionate and committed to our mission

As a member of the founding family, Brittany Foster has been involved with LCW for most of her life. She traveled to the Philippines to volunteer with Little Children of the Philippines over 10 times from middle school through college. Brittany graduated with honors from Gordon State College as an ACCEL Student in 2013 with a dual High School Diploma and Associate’s Degree. From Gordon, she proceeded to graduate with honors from Truett McConnell University in May 2016 with a BS in Biology. From October 2016 to August 2017, she served in the World Race, an eleven-month mission trip to eleven different countries serving with non-profits, churches, and other ministries in Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, Uganda, Rwanda, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Thailand, Malaysia, Mongolia, & Sri Lanka. During that time, her calling to nonprofit international service work became clearer. Upon returning from the World Race in October 2017, she began working for LCW full time. In January 2018, Brittany moved to Dumaguete City, Philippines where she served as the LCW Liaison to LCP for 4 years. She was promoted to Vice President of International Relations in October 2020 and moved back to the US in 2021. She completed her Master’s Degree in Organizational Management at Middle Georgia State University in December 2022. Brittany was elected as the President and CEO of Little Children of the World in January 2025. She finds great joy and purpose in helping children and families in need be freed from the grips of poverty. She is inspired by the message of Micah 6:8, “He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.”

As a member of the founding family, Melanie Foster has been involved with LCW since early in its history. By 1997, she was assisting in computerizing the LCW records. Since that time, she has worked part-time as Bookkeeper and is a long-time Advisory Council Member. In October 2015, she was elected to the Board of Directors and promoted to Treasurer of LCW. Melanie was privileged to travel to LCP in 2008 and 2018. Melanie has been married to Jody Foster since March 21, 1992. They now have three children – Brittany and Jake, and Jake married their newest daughter, Caitie, in 2021. She has been a mediator for the Georgia 6th District Court program since 2003. In the past, she has coached basketball, volleyball, and softball. She is a member of Mountain View Baptist Church. When Melanie is not working, she enjoys spending as much time with her family as possible, reading, and snuggling with her cat. Her favorite Bible verse is Romans 8:28, “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.”

Marie Lou Patrimonio-Abbott has a special connection to Little Children of the World (LCW). Her story is a true testament to how this wonderful ministry can help children. Marie Lou grew up in Dumaguete City, Philippines. Her sister, Marla Patrimonio-Nomo, was once a sponsored child. Marie Lou’s mother, Cerila Patrimonio, has been involved with Little Children of the Philippines since the ministry’s inception. Marie Lou grew up watching her mother dedicate herself to this ministry, which she deeply loves. Cerila serves as the Peace and Faith Steward, traveling through communities to teach Bible studies. In 2002, Marie Lou came to the United States as a Georgia Rotary Student, an opportunity made possible by Mr. Larry and Mrs. Glenna Waller. While studying at Gordon College, Marie Lou and Glenna Waller traveled to various speaking engagements for the ministry. It was during one of these events that Marie Lou met her now-husband, David Abbott. Together, they have one son, Alex. Before joining LCW, Marie Lou worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Virginia. However, in 2011, she felt called by God to work for LCW. She started part-time and became a full-time staff member in 2012. Marie Lou believes that God has called her to work for LCW so that the children and youth in Dumaguete City, Philippines, have a chance for a better and brighter future. Marie Lou’s favorite Bible verse is Psalm 37:4 “Take delight in the LORD, and He will give you the desires of your heart”. She is a member of First Baptist Church in Barnesville, Georgia.

Glenna Houk Waller is the daughter of the late Frances (Peggy) Carroll Houk and the late Dean Houk. She was married to Larry Waller for fifty years prior to his death in 2015. They have two children, David Waller and Melanie Waller Foster, 9 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren. Glenna enjoys reading and spending time with her family. Her favorite scripture is Philippians 4:13 “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” In 1995 she was recognized as “Barnesville-Lamar County Outstanding Career Women” sponsored by the Barnesville Rotary Club. The Georgia House of Representatives adopted a resolution in 2002, recognizing and commending Glenna as a distinguished Georgian for her efficient, effective, unselfish, and dedicated public service to the citizens of her community and state. Glenna has been involved in the LCW/LCP Ministry since its inception. She was elected President of Little Children of the World in 2009 after serving as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for many years. She has traveled to the Philippines over forty times and now feels it is her second home. Her greatest joy is serving God through LCW/LCP and feeling like she can make a difference on this earth and in eternity. Glenna resides in Barnesville, Georgia where she is active in her church and community.

Chinelle Flood recently moved to Georgia from Washington State and joined the faithful team at LCW. She serves as the Director of Community Engagement. Chinelle has been in ministry for several years serving as worship leader, youth pastor, and mission leader at her church in Washington. She loves to learn and grow in her faith and has attended and graduated from three ministry schools. She loves to cook and bake but her heart beats the best when she can touch other lives with the gospel of Christ.

Jessica was born and raised in Georgia, and she is also a proud graduate of Gordon College and Georgia State University. She is coming into her Executive Assistant position with a faithful God-driven heart and excited to find ways on how to make an impact behind the scenes here at Little Children of the World.  Outside of work, Jessica’s world revolves around her family. She’s been married for 17 years to her husband JC and is a proud mom of two to Hudson and Hopelyn. When she’s not working, you’ll likely find her with a good book, working on a puzzle, making her latest sewing project or planning her next travel adventure!

April Clinton faithfully volunteered with LCW for two years, and in February 2018 she became a staff member as the Office Assistant. She has been married to her loving husband, Greg, since 1994. They have a beautiful daughter named Elizabeth who is married to Presston. Among other things, April works hard packing all the in-kind gifts for shipment. She enjoys working in such an encouraging environment and being able to give back to the Lord through her work. Her favorite Bible verse is Philippians 4:6, “Don’t worry about anything instead pray about everything. Tell God what you need and thank Him for all he has done.”
