We are hosting a 5k/fun run fundraiser to raise money for Urgent Needs of children in poverty. You can run with us at the event or gather your friends to run virtually. Run – Walk – Jog – or, cheer from the sides, you can make a difference by participating in your own way!

Date: April 13, 2024
Check-in opens: 6:30AM
Race begins: Fun Run – 7:30AM, 5K – 8AM, virtual results must be posted by April 12 to be included in the standings.
Where: Barnesville-Lamar Summer’s Field or virtual
Fees: Fun Run – $25, 5K – $35
Family Rates: 1 registrant is $35 for 5k $25 for fun run, subsequent members are $30 each for 5k and $20 for fun run
Group Rates: groups of 5 or more are $30 each for 5k and $20 each for fun run when registering together

Virtual: There is a Virtual Component for runners at a distance. Complete your 5K anytime/anywhere between March 30 & April 12, 2024. Please submit your times by 4:00PM on April 12, 2024. You can also get a group of friends together to support LCW from a distance.

Awards: Overall and Master male/female, top 3 finishers male/female in age groups beginning with 19 and under to 60 and over. Top 3 finishers in the 1 Mile Fun Run who are 10 and under.

Series: Eligible for points on the Black Bag Race Series, Clover Glove Race Series, and Health Series
