March 13-31 Margie Mangham and Glenna Waller traveled to Dumaguete City, Philippines to serve the ministry of Little Children of the World/Little Children of the Philippines (LCW/LCP).
While there they had the privilege to celebrate major educational achievements including graduations of 129 boys and girls from seven LCP Preschools, 19 children and youth from High School and 27 from College. What a time of rejoicing this was in their lives!
LCP ministers to fourteen communities and over five thousand people. During the week each community has Bible study and it was Margie’s joy to teach the Bible in each community. One hundred and forty eight people accepted Christ as their Savior during that time!
Glenna Waller, LCW President, and Leah Sneed, LCW Director of Publications, will be traveling to the Philippines June 21 to July 8, 2011. Prayers will be needed as they travel and touch the lives of the proverty stricken children and youth.
